Items that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired are not eligible.
The product is in contact with corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals will change the appearance of your products. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polishes, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Silver oxide is easily damaged.
The product is damaged due to misuse, misoperation or improper maintenance.
Any order received after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items which have been used and damaged within 14 days from delivered date.
